Day 2: Carmen Electra's Aerobic Striptease - Vol....
I really liked this workout! It is easy for a beginner, like me, to get into and nice that you are working a bunch of different areas. Not sure if it was 2-30 minutes videos or what, but I did the whole thing which is probably less than 54 minutes. I liked Carmen and Michael Carson. I definitely was sweating and feeling the burn.
Only requirement is a chair

Zumba Basic
I just did my first ever Zumba anything and it was the 20 min basic one. Really I shouldn’t even be doing them at all and be in bed, sleeping, but seeing as that was not going to happen, oh well!
